6. Blockchain, NFTs, and Digital Assets
If you use Xavi Mobility’s blockchain services (e.g., X.ChainGe):

• Blockchain transactions are public, irreversible, and permanent

• Xavi Mobility does not store private keys

• You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet credentials

• Smart contract interactions may incur gas fees

• NFTs or digital tokens may be subject to third-party platform terms

 
Xavi Mobility is not responsible for:

• Lost private keys

• Failed blockchain transactions

• Market volatility of tokens or NFTs

• Gas fees or network congestion

 
7. Intellectual Property
